You know how most of the houses you see online look better in the photos than in real life? Well this one doesn't look worse than the photos, if anything it might be a little better than the pics make it look. Let's start with the ugly then move to the bad and finally the good. So that repair just entails 170 square feet of whatever kind of flooring you like. The house could obviously take a fresh coat of paint inside. There is minimal prep work for paint and it really is just a plain two coats of good paint type of project. The deck needs stain and cleaned up. The siding in a few spots needs pain touched up. That's the ugly. The bad is that the utilities are off and the house has been winterized. The good is that the house has been winterized prior to the cold. The water heater and furnace are newer and installed with permits. The lot on the corner of a cul de sac could make for a great, large yard. The work that this house needs to become a home is very manageable and minor and could easily be done without hiring professionals. Where as most houses online are catfishing you this one is being honest with you. Go see it for its inner beauty and dont judge a book by its cover yea?
