Thank you for your interest in my business, “Homes of Manitou Springs”!
My goal is to add value to your real estate needs and to become your local resource for real estate information.
Here is my plan to accomplish that goal:
For years, I have been asking clients about their previous experiences related to buying and selling property. The message is clear – people want information and education!
I take great pride in educating clients concerning the real estate process. I especially like to educate first-time buyers and sellers, who tend to ask the more challenging questions. I also enjoy working with senior citizens since they tend to be intimidated by the process. When folks are comfortable at the closing table, my job is satisfying.
My website is packed with valuable information for you to use. For example, I highly encourage interviewing multiple Realtors. My website will provide an interview checklist for your consideration.
The number one real estate request I have heard is the need for recent sales information. This information will also be provided via my website for your convenience. I appreciate when individuals contact me to discuss the local market or the value of their home.
Concerning the need for education, I will be hosting classes in my office to educate buyers and sellers in an effort to ease their concerns. These classes will be complimentary and open to anyone for any reason.
The true value of a Realtor is experience in the complexities of real estate transactions and knowledge of the local market. I have been recognized as one of the top ten percent performing Realtors in the entire Pikes Peak region. By no means is my business confined to the Manitou Springs area. Regardless, I hope that interested parties feel comfortable stopping by or calling not for what I have done, but for what I will do for you!
I am well aware that my ability to create my own business is compliments to many friends in Manitou Springs. For that, I am eternally grateful. I have lived in this community for 30+ years and am thankful for the opportunity to work in the town I love. My wife, Lisette, and I are very active in Manitou Springs and plan on being here for a very long time.
Thank you.
